I have had two cars done here a couple times now and each time it has been an AMAZING experience from beginning to end! My first time I was told by another shop basically I should just junk my car after a week of searching for what the problem was! Thank goodness I brought it here for a second opinion because it just needed an oil change and had a bad sensor! Jarred at Alex Auto Repair got me right in and found the issue immediately! I was saved a TON of money and the headache of junking a good car for no reason! As of recently on Christmas Eve(2025) I slipped on a little bit of ice and hit a sidewalk on the passenger side of my car. When I tried to drive off after seeing just a couple dings on my rims.. My car wouldn’t stay straight at all! I live in New Hampshire and just had it towed to the nearest place in a panic to get it diagnosed seeing as it was Christmas Eve and everywhere was closing soon. BAD DECISION! I was hit with an enormous repair bill! It just didn’t seem right! Jarred (mechanic) at Alex auto repair told me to bring it in and he would have a look ASAP. He got my car in and diagnosed it and confirmed my suspicions that my previous diagnosis was way over inflated! Not only did he save me thousands compared to the other shop, he also saved my car from being unnecessarily totaled by my insurance! A totaled car in my current situation would have had a massive ripple effect resulting in me loosing transportation to and from work, for daily activities for my family and myself, school drop offs/ pickups. That list could just go on and on! So needless to say if your looking for a quality place to bring your car somewhere you can feel confident in knowing you won’t be up sold a bunch of repairs you don’t actually need and the repairs you actually DO NEED will get done with the utmost care.. I would suggest giving this place a try! It was 100% worth the extra distance for me to have it towed here being that I live in New Hampshire, so even if your not local THIS place and it’s staff is worth it!!! I can’t give enough thanks to Jarred and the staff at Alex Auto Repair!!!

I had an outstanding experience at Alex Auto Repair. They were incredibly organized, honest, and provided top-notch service at a very fair price. They thoroughly inspected my car, explained what needed immediate attention, and let me know which minor issues could wait. Even without an appointment, they accommodated me and made sure I was comfortable in their warm, welcoming office. Multiple mechanics test-drove my car to ensure everything was perfect. First off I would like to thank the mechanic Izzy who saved me alot of money on repairs , I had gone to another shop further down and they had given me a quote with a price that sounded too high (probably cuz I'm a female or tax season rolled around) but I stopped in and Izzy told me what was wrong with my car and also explained everything that I needed and the exact amount of cost with labor included was. I was surprised on how honest he was , the difference in price was about $300. I dropped it off and picked up in the same day. Everything is running smooth no more clacking noise.. I think I found a new mechanic.. thank you izzy for your honesty.

I came in worried about the Tire and maintenance lights that came on my dash. This has been a repeat issue for months. The manager took 1 look at it and knew what the issues were. Fixed all of my issues within 30 minutes and I haven't had any issues since. Definitely coming back!
